Balloon manufacturers use different measurement methods (e.g. diameter or circumference), so actual sizes may vary slightly.

Durability depends on several factors, such as:

• Filling (helium or air)
• Temperature
• UV exposure
• Humidity

In most cases, small “windows” or thin spots in the balloon material are not an issue and do not affect overall quality. Such balloons can usually be inflated without problems and show no noticeable reduction in durability.

Minor irregularities such as small air inclusions, thinner areas, or fold lines can occasionally occur in latex balloons and are a normal part of the production and storage process. They generally do not constitute a defect.

However, if you notice clearly visible or larger thin spots — especially before inflation — or if you’re unsure, please contact us. We’ll take a look together and find a suitable solution if a material defect is present.

As of now, BLOONYX only ships within Germany due to EU regulations.

As a one-person business, orders are usually shipped Monday to Saturday in the afternoon.

Delivery times depend on the shipping provider and your location.Within Germany, delivery usually takes a few business days.

Outside of Germany, it may take up to a few weeks.

We primarily ship with DHL.

Yes. Your order will be packaged and shipped in a neutral and discreet way.

The sender will appear as “Sebastian Drobe.” There will be no indication of the shop name “BLOONYX” or the contents of the package on the outside.

Please note that in some cases (e.g. due to shipping providers or customs regulations), additional labeling may be required, which is beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout. We offer free shipping once a certain order value is reached.

Balloons are sensitive products. Returns are only possible for unused and unopened items.

Inflated, used, or burst balloons are excluded from returns.

Latex balloons are natural products and can be affected by inflation, improper handling, or external factors. For this reason, opened or used balloons cannot be resold.

Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains unaffected. If your items arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos so we can assist you quickly.

The right of withdrawal may expire for sealed goods if the seal has been removed after delivery, where legally applicable (e.g. for personalized balloons).

Children under 8 years can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required. Keep uninflated balloons away from children.

• It is recommended to inflate balloons using a suitable pump, especially for larger sizes.
• Avoid inflating balloons by mouth to reduce health risks and prevent overexpansion.
• When inflating larger balloons, wearing eye protection may be advisable.
• Hearing protection can help reduce discomfort from loud popping sounds.
• Balloon clips or rubber bands (e.g. as shown in this tutorial by 59Balloons) can be used for sealing.
• Do not overinflate balloons, as this increases the risk of bursting.
• Discard broken balloons immediately, as small parts may pose a choking hazard — especially for children and pets.
• Children should only use balloons under adult supervision.
